Tender Description

The Kenya Association of Private Employment Agencies (KAPEA) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the supply, delivery, installation, and commissioning of office equipment at KAPEA headquarters.

Scope of Work

  • Supply of 20 desktop computers with specifications as per attached technical requirements
  • Supply of 5 multifunction printers (print, scan, copy, fax)
  • Supply of office furniture including desks, chairs, and filing cabinets
  • Installation and configuration of all equipment
  • Provision of one-year warranty and maintenance service

Eligibility Criteria

  • Registered company with valid business license
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in supply of office equipment
  • Proof of similar contracts completed in the last 3 years
  • Valid tax compliance certificate
  • Audited financial statements for the last 2 years

Submission Requirements

Bids must be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes:

Envelope 1: Technical Proposal
  • Company profile and registration documents
  • Experience and reference letters
  • Technical specifications compliance
  • Implementation plan
Envelope 2: Financial Proposal
  • Detailed price quotation
  • Payment terms
  • Delivery schedule
  • Warranty terms
