Tender Description

Complete redesign and development of KAPEA website with modern design, member portal, and online services for improved member engagement and service delivery.

Scope of Work

Website redesign with responsive mobile-first approach
Development of member portal with login system
Online membership application and renewal system
Integration with payment gateway
Content management system for easy updates
One year hosting and maintenance support

Eligibility Criteria

Registered ICT company with 3+ years experience
Portfolio of similar website projects
Experience with member portal development
Knowledge of modern web technologies
Valid tax compliance certificate

Submission Requirements

Bids must be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes:

Envelope 1: Technical Proposal

Technical approach and architecture
