Tender Description

Development and delivery of comprehensive training programs for KAPEA member agencies on labor laws, compliance, and best practices in employment agency management.

Scope of Work

Develop training curriculum on Kenyan labor laws and regulations
Create training materials (manuals, presentations, case studies)
Conduct training sessions for 50+ member agencies
Develop assessment tools and certification program
Provide post-training support and resources

Eligibility Criteria

Registered training consultancy firm
Minimum 5 years experience in labor law training
Proven track record with similar organizations
Qualified trainers with relevant certifications
Valid tax compliance certificate
